1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and aha888 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the aha888 website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the account registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and aha888.

aha888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on aha888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling or the use of online gambling services.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of aha888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from aha888 or any other gambling platform under a currently active self-exclusion agreement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

aha888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by aha888 may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of aha888 Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on aha888. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aha888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

aha888 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license), proof of residential address, and additional documentation as required. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aha888 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aha888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank.

Deposits are generally credited to your aha888 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. aha888 does not accept deposits made via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported and will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after deducting any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by aha888's finance team.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within three (3) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

aha888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending the outcome of such checks. Any withdrawal request found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms may be declined and the relevant account suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

aha888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all aha888 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse: aha888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that aha888 reasonably considers to be in bad faith.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the aha888 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

By participating in any game on aha888, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by aha888, the game provider, or any third party.
• You understand the rules of the game you are playing before placing any wager. aha888 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, aha888 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance.
• aha888's decision on any disputed game outcome, following review of server-side logs, is final and binding.

Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant, which are communicated by the dealer and displayed on-screen during play. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before participating.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aha888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the platform or its games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the aha888 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aha888 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

aha888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and all marketing communications are suspended.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the aha888 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of aha888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from aha888.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.
• Use aha888's trademarks, trade names, or logos without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of platform content or intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license to use the platform and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aha888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

aha888 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aha888 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, aha888's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall aha888's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aha888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. aha888 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Services, provided that such losses result from the normal operation of certified games and not from any breach of these Terms by aha888.

11 Privacy & Data

aha888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aha888 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and aha888 cannot guarantee absolute security.

aha888 may share your personal data with third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of the Services. aha888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

aha888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aha888 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and aha888 arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting aha888's support team with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent aha888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
